I caught up with Michelle and David on Wednesday for their pre-wedding (or "E" shoot). Michelle and David first came to see us in the middle of last year so it was good to catch up and talk about their up coming wedding. We had a pretty relaxed photo session and got some great shots! Their wedding is another one I'm really looking forward to as they are getting married at St Patrick's in the Hunter and then on to their reception at The Sebel. These are both favourites of mine in the Hunter region, so it should be a great day. Hope you like the photos!!!
Wow! What a day and what a truly magnificent wedding! The weather was perfect (the day before it was 40+ degrees, and the day after it was raining), the boys got ready in regal accommodation, the church was glorious, the locations for photographs were amazing, and most importantly the bride looked absolutely stunningly beautiful! What more could a photographer ask for...?!! I got so many great shots that I couldn't decide on which ones to upload onto our Blog so I decided to put more up than usual to show off Christina & Shane's day. And I do have to make a special mention of the reception also as it was truly beautiful on the Glass Island Boat on Sydney Harbour. It was amazing floating around on the harbour and seeing the cityscape by night. And what couple wouldn't be awed by their first dance being on the top of a boat in the open air with such gorgeous surroundings and terrific friends and family! I had a great day and am looking forward to showing off more amazing wedding photographs to Christina & Shane when they come back to see the rest of their photographs and their wedding album! P.S. I also have to say a special thank you to Lianna & Richard who recommended us to Christina & Shane. I photographed Lianna & Richard's wedding and was lucky enough to catch up with them at the reception as I was on their table so they had to put up with me again.... Thanks guys!! And make sure you keep recommending us!! :)
Kathy and Daniel had a morning photo shoot just over a week ago (it has taken me a few extra days to get these images up as we've been doting on our new little girl all week) as a little test run for their wedding which is just around the corner. As you can see they both look great in photos!!! In just a few weeks they will be tying the knot so make sure you check back to see a few photos from their special day!
On Wednesday the 14th of January we welcomed our baby daughter to the world. Mum and bubs are doing well and we could not be happier. Big brother Matty doesn't quite understand what all the fuss is about but im sure when we are all home he will realise whats going on. I just thought I would share a couple of photos we took today at the ripe old age of 3 days old.
Elissa called us just a few days ago wanting some family pics while her whole family was on the coast all together. They had a beautiful holiday house on the beach which has been in their family for generations and had a special place in their hearts, so this became the location for todays photo shoot. With 16 people over three generations it made for some great group photos! As you can see from the few photos we have uploaded they all had a great time during the shoot and the whole photo shoot has turned out amazing. Im sure they will be wraped when they see the rest of the photos which they will now have forever. Its days like these which remind you how important family is and its always great to have some beautiful images which you can look back on over the years... we will have to make sure we get some family photos ourselves as soon as bub number 2 comes in a few days!!!
Yesterday, Tach & Michael had their E-Shoot at The Haven Terrigal. It was a perfect afternoon and the light was beautiful for their engagement photos! They were both naturals in front of the camera.... you could tell they were in love as you couldn't wipe the smiles off their faces! We've uploaded three photos from the shoot and are looking forward to their big day in December this year as I'm sure we're going to have a great time on their wedding day!
We recently had the pleasure to photograph a new bubba for the McGillicuddy family... meet the beautiful Anna! Mum and dad were awfully proud of their new bundle when they brought her to meet us, and her big sister Eve loved looking at her new fingers and toes also. Anna coped extremely well with all of the attention, but when her time was up she let us know she'd had enough for now. We got some great shots of everyone though and look forward to getting more shots of the family in the future!
If you're a past client you most probably know that we're expecting our second bub in about a week, so Justin took some photos for us to remember "the belly" by before we get to meet "it" in person. Matthew has enjoyed getting to know the bump and is looking forward to being a big brother in the near future. When he or she is born we'll be sure to post some pic's so that you can see the new addition to the family!
