Last Sunday & Monday Iggy's had an open day when people could come and view different set up's that could be done at their special function. We were asked to photograph the event and have uploaded some here for you to see the many and varied decorations that you can do for your wedding, birthday party, hens night, Christmas party.... The list goes on and on. It looked great as Iguana Joe's always does on the magical water and we have uploaded a few images here for you to have a look at.
Justin recently photographed Ian & Margaret at Avoca and he was able to capture some great photographs of the two of them. They went to two different locations to give them a little choice with their portraits and they were a great couple to photograph. Unfortunately their daughter couldn't make it on the day but hopefully, when we get back from our trip away, she will be able to come up and we will take a few family photographs of them all. Looking forward to seeing you both again and meeting your daughter and her hubby!
Welcome to Ava! I had the pleasure of photographing little Ava last week while Justin looked after our kiddies and just thought she was the most precious little thing ever. Her mum, dad & big brother doted on her and were just over the moon to have her in the family. Here are a few shots that I loved.... One of my favourites is the bottom shot... there's just something about babies bums that I think are adorable. I hope that you like the photos!!
On Thursday Justin met up with Dru & Ryan who are getting married soon and Justin is taking their wedding photos. They were a little nervous but felt completely comfortable with Justin and even sent us a little email the evening after the shoot to say thanks which was just lovely. :) We promised them that we would get a few shots up of their session before we went to NZ so here they are guys... We hope that you like them and will see you both when we get back.
Just the other day Justin met with Venessa & Shane and took some photographs of them before their big day arrives in a little over two weeks. It should be a great day as they are both so relaxed and friendly and look great in photos! They headed to Terrigal for this shoot but their big day is at Linton Gardens which is always spectacular for weddings! Here are three images from their shoot. :)
A few days ago Justin met with Danielle & Stephen at Danielle's parents property in Green Point to photograph their engagement shoot. They were both a little nervous on the day but it really doesn't show in the photos as they look really awesome! Hopefully the shoot will help settle their nerves for their big day as Justin will definitely capture amazing wedding photographs for them both! There were a few visitors towards the end of the shoot who wanted in on the action... made for a fun shot. :) Hope you like their photographs!
About two weeks ago we had an email from Jeri in the US as they were coming to visit their Australian family and they wanted to have some portraits done of the whole family while they were here. So, today (Monday) both Justin and I headed off to meet them and take some shots. It was a beautiful blue sky so we headed for some shade, as we wanted everyone to be as comfortable as possible so we could get some great shots for them! Everyone was really great and the kids did so well... poor little Liam even fell over in a puddle and put his wet shirt on when he was in the family photos and then took it off when he wasn't in any. He was such a great little boy and everyone there was just lovely to shoot!! We hope the kids liked their doughnuts after the shoot for doing such a great job! Looking forward to seeing the family again tomorrow so that they can choose which pictures they would like for their walls.
On Saturday Justin photographed a portrait shoot for Kristen, Boyd & Liam and we turned up a little early so thought why not take advantage of the time and take a few shots of our kiddies Bella and Matt. They weren't dressed for the occassion but I still think they are the cutest kids ever!! :)
Monday was the perfect day to capture these great portraits of Doreen, John & their grandchildren as the weather held out and the dark sky looked great in their portraits. Their three grandkids were just delightful to work with and loved running around on the beach while we captured some shots of them. Thanks kiddies for being so wonderful to work with!! We've posted a few photographs from the shoot here... hope you like!
On Saturday afternoon we headed to Terrigal to photograph Kristen, Boyd and their gorgeous little boy Liam. It didn't take long for Liam to warm up to Justin & the camera and we took some fantastic family shots for them that really capture who their little boy is right now. He's full of smiles and giggles and obviously doted on by his mummy and daddy and we just loved getting these photographs for them all to treasure! We actually got there a little early and took a few shots of our little ones which we will upload in a few days so if you're interested in seeing the two gorgeous little cherubs of ours be sure to check back. Plus, on Monday we photographed Doreen, John & their grandchildren and Liam was actually a grandchild so be sure to check back to see more of this gorgeous little boy. I hope that you like Kristen, Boys & Liam's family portraits as much as we do!!
Meet little Holly, daughter of Chris & Danielle. She's about four months old here so is doing REALLY well at making eye contact and pushing up with her arms. We got some great shots of her and have posted three for you to see.... we hope that you like them! We loved taking her shots as she is such a cutie, so full of smiles and laughter! We look forward to getting more photographs of her as she grows up over the years.
Recently we headed out to take some family portraits for John & Marilyn, their children and grandchildren. We got some great shots of them and have posted a few here for all to see. We've had the priviledge of photographing Paul, Claire, Eve & their newest addition Anna for a few years now and it's so nice to capture them as their children grow. And of course to get some great shots of their extended famliy also! We have a number of portraits shoots coming up over the next few weeks so check back to have a look!
Last week Justin went to Long Jetty to get some family portraits for Jennifer and her three gorgeous kids. Jennifer is the daughter of Peter Hurley, a really great celebrant on the Coast if you are getting married, so it was great to capture some photos of his daughter and his grandkids as we know he'll have some framed in his house too. :) We've posted just three of a great bunch of shots... hope you like them!
VIBE Photography gained another award for one of their wedding prints in this years Australian Professional Photography Awards (APPA). We picked up a Silver with distinction in the Wedding open category and needless to say we are very pleased with the result. In just two short years of entering the NSW AIPP & National APPA awards we have came away with no less then 9 awards in the wedding category alone. I have uploaded our last winning image, which just shows no matter what the weather does you can still have a great time!!! Hope you like...
Earlier today we headed down to Bridal Collections with the 13 names in an envelope ready to draw a winner. Lisa, the new manager, did the honours, and pulled out Danielle & Chris' name from the bunch. So congratulations Danielle & Chris!! They were our second couple to book with the promotion and are getting married at The Catholic Church at The Entrance and holding their reception at the Bay Sports Club in July next year. Everyone who books Justin is a winner though, so if you are getting married make sure you give us a call about your special day. :)
