Alysha and Randal are now husband and wife! Congratulations to this beautiful couple on their amazing wedding at Norah Head Light house.
What a day this was! Rain was forecast right at the time the ceremony was planned but with only a few drop falling it ended up being nothing to worry about. I think there could have been a hurricane and these two would of still been smiling from ear to ear.
The ceremony was moved undercover just in case and the light keepers quarters made a quaint backdrop as they exchanged vows in front of a small and intimate group.
There was plenty of emotion during the ceremony and it was easy to see this was a very special moment for Alysha and Randal.
After the ceremony we headed over to the lighthouse and then a couple of other stops for our photo shoot. We were able to capture lots of variety using different areas which is always great.
The reception was held at the Soldiers Beach SLSC and it has an amazing outlook across the beach. This also made it easy for me to keep an eye on the sky to try and time our night shoot as best as I could.
A sunset shoot was planned but with grey skies I wasn’t expecting much colour in the sky. Wow… was I wrong. It only lasted around 5 mins but that was more then enough time to capture a few different images with a very dramatic skyline as the sun squeezed through just at the right time.
Back in the reception there was plenty of dancing and fun as they partied the night away, finishing with a sparkler exit to end this perfect day.
